A good log does more than record what happened. It lets different roles retell the same fact.
Many systems believe they have logs because the disk contains many lines. In a real investigation, teams do not need more lines. They need to know who acted, when, from which input, with what output, and where state changed.
Hotel distribution is naturally multi-party. Platform, tenant, customer, and supplier can all be part of the same incident. If logs only make sense to the engineer who wrote the code, they are not evidence. They are private notes.
